RETURN ELIGIBILITY
• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
