ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are confirmed via phone call before dispatch.

DELIVERY TIME
• Pakistan: 3-7 business days depending on your city.
• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2-4 business days.
• Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Free shipping promotions may apply on selected orders.

ORDER TRACKING
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp.

FAILED DELIVERY
• If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability, we will attempt redelivery once.
• After 2 failed attempts, the order may be cancelled.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT
